By downloading, accessing, or using the CastArray application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) located at Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

CastArray offers auto-renewable Pro subscriptions ("CastArray Pro") to unlock multi-channel portfolio management, live 48-hour velocity telemetry, and algorithm spike alerts:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings.

3. Third-Party API Services

CastArray utilizes YouTube API Services to aggregate metrics. By using this service, you acknowledge compliance with YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CastArray is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee algorithm growth or YouTube performance outcomes. In no event shall CastArray be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
