1. Introduction

CastArray ("we", "our", or "us") provides a multi-channel YouTube creator analytics, velocity telemetry, and community management platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when using the CastArray mobile application and web services.

2. YouTube API Services & Google User Data Disclosures

CastArray's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use Google user data: CastArray uses Google user data (YouTube API Services) exclusively to fetch your channel analytics, video performance metrics, and to allow you to read and reply to your channel's comments directly within the CastArray dashboard. We do not use your data for any other purposes.

With whom we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data: CastArray does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, including AI models, advertising networks, data brokers, or external partners. Your data is kept strictly confidential, is stored securely, and is only accessible by you (the authenticated user).

3. Information We Collect

• Authentication Data: Secure OAuth tokens when linking YouTube channels. Authentication tokens are managed through the native Google authentication services on mobile devices. CastArray does not receive your Google password.
• Channel Performance Telemetry: Aggregated view counts, average CTR, duration, and comments stream necessary to render real-time radar charts.
• Anonymous In-App Purchase Identifiers: Subscription transaction identifiers used to validate purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform.

4. Data Retention, Deletion & Revocation

For channel disconnection, removal of local data, Google access revocation and deletion assistance, see CastArray account access and data deletion. Removing app data does not cancel a store subscription or delete YouTube content.

You can disconnect your YouTube channels and remove stored telemetry at any time directly in the application under Manage Channels > Disconnect Channel. You can also revoke CastArray's access to your Google account via the Google Security Settings Page.

5. Security

All client-server communications are strictly encrypted using TLS/HTTPS encryption. Channel data is cached in platform-specific app storage. Local data can be removed using the steps on our data deletion page.
