Account access and data deletion

CastArray does not create a separate CastArray username or password. You authorize access to an existing Google / YouTube account. You can remove connected channels and the associated local data without deleting your Google account or YouTube channel.

Remove a channel and its local data

1. Open CastArray and select Manage Channels.
2. Select Disconnect for the channel you want to remove and confirm if prompted.
3. Repeat for every connected channel to remove all channel connections.

This removes the channel connection and its cached channel information, video metrics and comments from CastArray's active local storage on that installation. The Android account-to-channel mapping is also removed. Other connected channels are kept until you disconnect them.

Revoke Google authorization

Open Google Account — Third-party connections, select CastArray and remove its access. Revocation stops future authorized access; also disconnect channels in CastArray to remove already cached data.

If you no longer have the app

Revoke Google access using the link above. On Android, use Settings → Apps → CastArray → Storage → Clear storage to erase local preferences and cached data, or uninstall the app. On iOS, delete the app (do not choose Offload App). Remove data separately on each device where you used CastArray. Copies of reports you exported must be deleted separately from your files or cloud storage.

For help removing CastArray-related data, send a request to the support address below. Include the connected channel URL or ID and whether you used Android, iOS or the web service. Never send your Google password, access token or payment-card information. A support email cannot remotely erase data stored only on your phone.

What remains, and retention

• Disconnected channel data is removed from the app's active local records when you disconnect. There is no additional intentional retention period for those removed local records. This is not a guarantee of forensic erasure of device storage or existing backups.
• Language preferences and the local installation/preview timestamp may remain after disconnection. Clearing app storage or deleting the app removes local preferences.
• Your Google account, YouTube channel, videos and published comments or replies are not deleted by disconnecting CastArray. Manage these directly with Google / YouTube.
• Google Play and the App Store manage their own purchase and transaction records under their policies. Removing CastArray data does not erase those records.

Subscriptions: Disconnecting a channel, revoking access or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through Google Play subscriptions or your Apple subscription settings.
